They should deal with the question how to give a proper/stable legal footing to lower legislation.<br />As at the end it can only definitely be decided by the ECJ and probably for Germany its CC it would be better to go the safe way.<br />Which is another issue than with the FTT btw. <br /><br />In Germany also if it agrees with its Constitution is likely going to play. Also in that respect going for a treaty change is likely the safe way.Riknoreply@blogger.com
