In 2013 it will count for less than 39%. For the period of 2014-2020 it will decrease to about 35%, could even go down up to 30%. But I can assure you that this will be the minimum.<br />Furthermore, every dime spend on European transnational projects are better spend than at national level. Deal with it, it's a reality! If you do not like it, too bad for you, make your choice.
