I rather doubt it. A colleague who was there said that they did not get into anything like that level of detail.<BR/><BR/>I am told there was some airy chatter about "strengthening" of Commons select committees, but no firm proposals for what those committees might do on European issues which would differ from or complement what Lords committees do at the moment.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
