That common foreign policy in full

The President of the European Parliament today announced that he was boycotting the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games because of the lack of progress in negotiations between China and the Dalai Lama over the future of Tibet.

So that means so far we have:

EU Commission: going
EU Parliament: not going
Nicolas Sarkozy: going
Angela Merkel : not going
Gordon Brown: going
Berlusconi: going if not in jail
