What's in a name?

Ludicrous titles for academic papers are a great source of fun at 2AM when you are trying to research mindbendingly complicated trade policy issues.

Yes - Demos are probably the masters of that - during post 1997 election lunacy they proposed to replace the union jack with a flag with just the word "Britain" on it in a sort of new labour font.

This obv sack of cack was then taken deadly seriously by the press at the time.
